Job Title: Marketing and Social Media Coordinator
Job Summary: Rolling Grape Vineyard seeks a Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with the marketing team to build our online presence, including crafting compelling content for various marketing channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Develop visually striking content for diverse marketing channels, including
social media platforms, our website, emails, and other key channels.
2. Social Media Management: Lead the charge in managing our social media presence, ensuring
consistency, engagement, and growth.
3. Campaign Development: Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute campaigns
that align with our brand and connect with our audience.
4. Photography and Videography: Capture the essence of our winery through high-quality visual
content, showcasing products, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
5. Audience Engagement: Drive online community engagement by actively responding to our
audience, encouraging user-generated content, and creating memorable online experiences.
6. Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for various platforms, maintaining alignment with our
brand voice.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign impact, providing data driven insights for future strategy optimization.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, winemakers, and stakeholders to ensure
cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications:
• Flexibility and Motivation: Adaptability is critical in this role, and we seek a candidate
motivated to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of our industry.
• Availability: This position is Wednesday – Sunday and requires flexibility during weekends,
evenings, and events. Content creation and creative contributions during these times are crucial.
• Credentials: A valid driver’s license and Smart Serve certification are essential. Previous work
experience with brand-driven accounts is preferred.

Salary Expectations:
Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications between $19 – $21 per hour
