Primary Responsibilities:

1. Prep Cooks:
• Execute daily prep tasks, ensuring all ingredients are prepared to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Contribute to the creation of exceptional dishes by following recipes and guidelines.

2. Dishwashers:
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are sanitized and ready for use.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene and safety standards.

3. General Kitchen Staff:
• Assist in various kitchen duties, including food assembly, plating, and maintaining
cleanliness.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:
• Flexibility and Motivation: Adaptability is essential in a busy kitchen environment. We seek
motivated individuals ready to tackle various tasks with enthusiasm.
• Availability: Kitchen operations require a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Your availability during these times is crucial to the smooth functioning of our kitchen.
• Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred for Prep Cooks and
General Kitchen Staff. Dishwashers should have a willingness to learn and work efficiently. Food
Handling certificate is required.

Salary Expectations:
Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications between $17 – $20 per hour
